This was my 6th visit for lunch and dinner. The Tokai area grilling method is the best, crispy and fluffy. The sauce is not too sweet and has a good flavor. The atmosphere of the shop is nice and the cost performance is very good. The picture is of lunch, but I'm sure there aren't many restaurants where you can eat this for around 2,000 yen. All the way from Chiba (by car) on the way back from Ise Jingu, I really wanted to eat delicious hitsumabushi, so I searched for it on Google. There are many famous eel restaurants in Naritasan, Chiba, but you can't eat such fragrant and delicious hitsumabushi. Lunch is available even on Saturdays, and even if you order 1.5 pieces of eel, the price is as low as 2,980 yen. There was also a large serving of rice and a condiment service, and the clerk was very pleasant to deal with. The soup stock is also delicious and you can enjoy the real pleasure of hitsumabushi. I also ordered eel rolls, but the egg rolls are also excellent. I was able to see the real technique to see if it could be done perfectly so far. Anyway, it's delicious and I'm very satisfied!
