The skin is crispy and the meat is juicy! The rice has firm grains, and the sauce is neither too sweet nor too spicy! It has surpassed the “Ichibiki” that I have been going to for a long time! Why didn't I know about this amazing eel restaurant? It was so delicious that I decided to talk to it. It turns out that the owner of the shop originally trained at Kitcho in Kyoto. I see, I felt that way. This time and effort is spared, That's because I trained at a restaurant! In Nagoya, there are famous restaurants such as #Ichibiki, #Horaiken, #Maruya, #Unafuji, and #Hitsumabushi Bincho. The closest one is ``ichibiki''. This uncompromising method of grilling would not be possible at the former famous restaurant mentioned above, which has recently expanded into a chain and increased its turnover rate. Ichibiki is the only one who doesn't compromise, but I think the handling techniques he trained at Kitcho are top notch.
