It was crispy, fluffy and delicious. The only disappointing thing was that the disposable chopsticks on the table were soaking wet.

It's been a while since I've had delicious eel. The upper eel bowl costs 3,850 yen (excluding tax), but it comes with soup and is fragrant. Soft. I'm satisfied. I was so distracted by the smell that I forgot to take a photo.
