I visited Okazaki to conclude a consecutive stay (business trip). Shirayaki was personally the best ever. Perfectly grilled eel that brings out the deliciousness of the eel. It was a little moving... Of course, the eel bowl is also delicious. The sauce wasn't too sweet and went well with the crispy grilling method. It was my first time to grill wasabi with sauce, but with this grill and sauce, I was satisfied. I would like to come back again when I stay in Okazaki. Thank you for the meal!

Second visit (lunch in October 2023) Visited with my parents for lunch. My father and I had the special eel bowl. My mother is Johitsumabushi. The perfectly grilled eel has a fragrant aroma of charcoal, and is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I visited with my parents who are in their 70s. This is an eel restaurant located on Denma Street in Okazaki City. As far as I can see on Instagram, it seems like it opened in July 2021, so it seems like it's a new store. Information such as whether the store has been around for a long time is unknown. The inside of the store is very modern and chic. This is the first time I've been to an eel restaurant where jazz is playing. I had the eel bowl and hitsumabushi. Since there was a large customer, I was told that they had a lot of freshly cut Kimo-yaki, so I ordered Kimo-yaki as well. The sauce is not sweet, has a sharp taste, and has a smooth aftertaste. I thought it wasn't enough, but as I continued eating, the flavor of the eel added, and it was a hit. The eel is perfectly grilled, with a crispy exterior that is definitely the Aichi style of grilling. Pariff wow juicy. The Kimoyaki that was recommended was also great. A very fine creep. There are no sashimi. This may be the first time I've felt the taste of liver in grilled eel. It was very delicious. There is a high possibility of revisiting. Parking is available at the back of the store.
