You can tell this will be a special experience when you get a smell of the smoky unagi preparation outside. We waited over an hour for the unagi restaurant and it was well worth the wait. It's easily the best unagi I've ever had. I prepared mine with the broth, wasabi and green onion. Even after adding the broth to the unagi, the smoky sweet flavor stays on it and you have a serenade of all the flavors in your next bite... umami. If you're wondering if you should eat here, you should, even if you have to wait.
