The atmosphere of the shop is Japanese and calm, and the hitsumabushi is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. There was also a reasonable mini bowl set, and it was a shop that I would like to visit again.

I ate hitsumabushi for the first time today, and the eel skin was crispy, the inside was soft, and the sauce was perfect. I liked that I could eat it three different times. For me, it's best to eat it with dashi soup and make it into ochazuke!

My son treated me to hitsumabushi with his starting salary 🥢 I went to Inou-san looking forward to my first ever Hitsumabushi. The atmosphere of the shop is nice 👌🏻 ̖́-, the inside of the store is also clean 👌🏻 ̖́-, and the staff is nice 👌🏻 ̖́- I thought so 🤔 I don't know the taste of hitsumabushi from other restaurants, but Ino-san's hitsumabushi was absolutely delicious - ̗̀👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 ̖́- When I went out to the parking lot, I saw a plane✈️ flying close to me as Komaki Airport was nearby, and I was impressed...🥹 Thank you very much🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️
