Both hitsumabushi and eel bowls come with an ice dessert, and the soup is liver soup. The back of the store is glassed, and you can see the environment of the backyard where the eels are managed by falling water.

First visit since the appearance has changed. This is a wholesale company, so the eel is larger and cheaper than other eel restaurants, and it's a satisfying dish with crispy skin and fluffy meat that doesn't bother you about the eel's characteristic odor.
