This eel restaurant was featured in a free paper and caught my attention. Anyway, I was surprised by the price! And I was surprised at how quickly it took from ordering to delivery 😯! I came to the store for the first time at 11:30 on a Sunday. The parking lot is already more than half full, so you can clearly see that it's a popular restaurant. I ordered eel bowl and hitsumabushi, and I was happy that the time it took for the food to arrive was shorter than at other eel restaurants, probably because the eel is always grilled. I like Kansai-style grilling, so the outside is crispy and the inside is soft, and the sauce is nice and not too sweet. It's nice that there is sauce on the table so you can make your own sauce afterwards. It seems that there are several branches in the prefecture, so I would like to visit them next time.
