Nagoya, Aichi, Japan｜Yufuku Esca Store

Before coming here, I was about to enter another famous Hitsumabushi restaurant, but I saw a long line and left. Then, while I was walking around, I found this shop and there were a few seats available, so I jumped in to try and get in... It's a hit here! The hitsumabushi is also reasonably priced compared to other restaurants, but the eel is crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. The flavor of the dashi soup over the top was also very good. To be honest, it was my first time eating hitsumabushi, and before I ate it, I felt like I was in a bad way. Just because there are a lot of people lined up, and it has a good reputation on the internet doesn't mean it's a good store. I feel very lucky to find a restaurant that is delicious even if it is not so conspicuous like this. I will definitely come to this restaurant when I come to Nagoya again.

An eel restaurant in an underground street. There are 8 tables in the store, 30 places. There are two types of specially selected eel rice set meals. 3300yen, 2750yen. Charcoal grilled eel, very fragrant, moderately fat and thin, The portion of rice is enough. The store also has beef and chicken wings. There is no afternoon break. My family thinks it’s great👍🏽

I ordered the eel hitsumabushi for takeout. I wanted to eat hitsumabushi in Nagoya with the highest to special amount, so I searched around Nagoya Station and ESCA. I asked for it two days in a row! Umaki was also delicious! The store clerk was kind and the atmosphere was good, so if I have the opportunity to visit again, I would like to eat in the store next time.
