It was good that the sauce was a little light and I was able to adjust it myself. The large serving of bamboo was just right. It's a shame that electronic money cannot be used, but the atmosphere and customer service were good. I want to go again. Should I make a bento and eat it on the train?

Now, regarding the most important eel, we received bamboo. In conclusion, the quantity and taste are perfect. As for the taste, I was a little nervous because the eel was said to be Kanto-style (in Nagoya, Kansai-style crispy food is the norm.The Kanto-style eel I had previously in Hamamatsu wasn't that good), but the eel here had a good balance of fluffy and crunchy. good! This surprised me. The image of Kanto style has changed. There is also sauce and Japanese pepper on the table. It also comes with green onions and wasabi as condiments, making it a refreshing meal. It's interesting that it caters to both rich and light tastes. You can get a large amount of rice for 100 yen, but since it's heavy, I honestly would have been fine with regular rice. I made a large portion, but it became painful. Another good point is that the food is baked quickly from ordering. I was worried because the price was so low, but I found a good store. I would like to continue going to this eel restaurant as my regular one.

I entered the store around 12 o'clock on a Saturday, and it was quite crowded. There are tables and counters inside the store. This time I ordered Unajuno (bamboo). It was busy, but the food was served relatively quickly. It comes with eel, soup, and pickles, and there is a side sauce and Japanese pepper on the table. The surface of the eel jus was more fluffy than crispy and had a lot of fat on it, so it was delicious. The soup was light and had a nice refreshing feel after the juicy eel. There were both young and elderly customers, and both were polite and gave me a good impression.
