I went to buy Kabayaki with my parents to celebrate Mother's Day and my mother's discharge from hospital. At first, I was planning to buy 3 large size pieces for 1,600 yen, but on this day they only had 2,600 yen extra size pieces, so I didn't have enough money so I bought 2 extra size pieces and 2 liver skewers. I had planned to eat it at home, so on the way home, the fragrant smell of kabayaki made my appetite go crazy. We shared it among three people, and we were very satisfied with the aroma and tenderness of the meat, which exceeded our expectations.It was delicious even with the sauce that came with it, but it was delicious just as it was. The grilled liver skewers were also very delicious, with a taste, bitterness, and texture that reminded me of grilled turban shells, making it an irresistible dish for someone who loves shellfish.
