Tateyama, Chiba, Japan｜Unagi Rokudaime Shinmatu

I went to this Japanese authentic restaurant which is specializing in eels. They served a great bowl of rice and broiled eel.

Unaju is incredibly delicious ♡ Speaking of Shinmatsu-san, the store has a dignified appearance! Feeling of anticipation~(^^) When you stand in front of the shop, you can watch the craftsmen prepare the eel and grill it over binchotan charcoal. This time, we were taken to a small room on the first floor next to the entrance. The setting on the second floor was nice, but the room on the first floor was like a small restaurant? It's built like this. I was able to enjoy a leisurely meal with my husband. I would like to visit you again.

In Tokyo, for example, in the Ginza area, you would definitely pay 1.5 times the price. The eel is soft, fragrant, and has a rich flavor. The eel that I ordered has two layers of eel. Just imagining mille-feuille with eel and rice is like a dream. And liver skewer. It's a limited quantity, so I'm very sorry that I couldn't refill this time. It's so delicious. No odor, no off-taste. I think you can re-recognize that eel can be delicious to the liver. The other dishes are also excellent and I would like you to try them when you go to Tateyama.
