Chiba, Japan｜Ine

Since it's October, I started to want to eat saury fish, so I was looking for a Japanese restaurant, and I saw Ine-san's signboard offering a set meal of salt-grilled saury fish, so I went there. The saury fish was perfectly salted and grilled and was very delicious! In addition to the main dish, the set meal included rice, miso soup, pickles, and small plates. I was happy that when the meal was served, they asked me to refill it if I didn't have enough rice. The retro-quality AM radio was playing in the somewhat nostalgic interior of the store, and it gave me an indescribable atmosphere. Were you full by the time you paid the bill? I was able to feel their kindness when they called out to me. The other menu items, such as eel and tempura bowl, looked delicious, so I would like to stop by again when I'm in the area.

Today at Handon, we had a ``special kakiage bowl'' for lunch at [Ine] near Honchiba Station in Nagasu, Chuo Ward, Chiba City 😊 The kakiage is more voluminous than it looks, and you can enjoy everything from crispy to chewy, served with a light and crunchy rice bowl soup. , you can enjoy it until the end 😆 In addition to Kakiagedon, there are also other attractive lunch menu items! It's only open for lunch on weekdays, so it's quite a hurdle for me 😅
