The eel is fluffy and soft. The rice is chewy. If you want to eat a lot of eel, the price will be a little high. However, the chewy texture of the rice is a bit addictive.

We had the eel with wasabi and the assortment of vinegared dishes, and ordered the botan set while enjoying draft beer, hot sake and sake. It was delicious. I was able to take it easy, partly because it was a weekday afternoon. Next time I'd like to have Uzaku.
