More Comments at Google MapThis is an eel restaurant that is worth coming even though it is far away❕ [Umaki]🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 If you have more than two people, please try it. I have never seen such a luxurious and delicious Umaki with a whole eel in it. [Red and white eel ju]🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A dream-like menu that includes grilled eel and regular sauce. The taste made me think that it would be nice to have Shirayaki with wasabi. [Drink]🌟🌟🌟🌟 We have everything from draft beer, non-alcoholic beer, sake🍶, and shochu. I had the fruity Dassai, but I also enjoyed the eel. Sake🍶 Kagetora Koshino, Hakkaisan, Dassai, etc. Shochu Mitake, Kitchohozan, etc. [Atmosphere]🌟🌟🌟🌟 The tatami mats, low tables and chairs were reasonably comfortable. If you are alone, the counter seems to be a good option. [Parking]🌟🌟🌟 There is space for about 3 cars in front of the store.
Two people ordered the top and special eel dishes. The portions on the top were more than enough, but the tokujo was larger and had plenty of eel and rice. The eel was thick and fatty, fluffy and soft, and the taste of the sauce, the amount of sauce, the degree of grilling, and the degree of cooking of the rice were all to my liking and it was very delicious. There are some reviews saying the sauce is less sweet and others saying it's sweeter, and I don't really like sweet sauces so I don't know which one. ? and… However, when I actually tried it, my impression was that it was not too sweet. However, it wasn't a light and light type of sauce, but a delicious sauce with a nice richness and firmness. Sansho has a very strong flavor, so I sprinkled it on as usual, and the taste of the sansho was too pronounced, leaving my tongue quite numb. The store was clean, the customer service was polite, and I was very satisfied.
In addition to the red and white eel top and grilled liver skewers, the tomato and eel salad served were all delicious. In particular, the fluffy texture of the eel in Unaju is a bliss. Shirayaki with wasabi was the best. I will keep coming back. If it's close to home, I'd like to have a drink with Kabayaki or Umaki.
