More Comments at Google MapOn a hot summer day, I drove 30 minutes from my house to visit. Even one person was kindly guided. I was thirsty, so I quenched my thirst with a super dry raw mug. The appetizer is bitter melon kinpira. Today I felt like drinking from noon, so I ordered a platter of deep-fried river shrimp, green soybeans, and pickles. The liver skewers are limited in quantity and were already sold out when I visited. The river shrimp was freshly fried and the edamame was freshly boiled. It was the first time in my life that freshly boiled edamame was served. And I ordered Shirayaki. Shirayaki comes in a box and is served with wasabi. Shirayaki is salt + wasabi, so I ordered salt. The store clerk kindly brought it to me. The plump, sweet eel crumbles on the tongue, and melts away, leaving a lingering aftertaste of the eel's umami. I ordered raw and raw sake, and a serious skewer of eel. While enjoying the knobs, get tipsy with additional raw and unpasteurized sake. While doing so, the long-awaited serious skewers were served. The sauce is slightly sweet so that both the eel and rice can stand out. It was gone in no time. All of Udagawa's dishes are absolutely delicious. During the summer, the eel heavy service price on Thursdays is closed. It was a very comfortable shop where not only the taste but also the service and the smiles of the staff left an impression. I will visit again! Thank you for the meal!
good! It is located in the city area across the national highway on Abiko Ekimae-dori. Although it is for 6 cars, I am grateful that there is a parking lot in front of the store. The smell of charcoal that wafts from outside is wonderful. The interior is a beautiful space like a boutique like an art museum. Special Unaju. One eel is not overly browned, has an elegant appearance, and is so fluffy that the skin can be cut with chopsticks. Fluffy, soft and very classy. The sauce is slightly sweet and salty, and the food goes on. The hall staff are also very professional and very nice. You can spend a really stylish and wonderful time while eating delicious and elegant eel in the store where fusion jazz is playing. It's a high point to use good Japanese pepper.
I went to eat on the anniversary of my father's death who liked eel. It tasted so good that even I, who is not picky about taste, could tell it was delicious. It was so delicious that I visited again the next day. It's not cheap, but I think it's a general standard for an eel restaurant. It is said that the quality of the eel does not change, but I felt that the unaju ogushi (largest eel) tasted better than the eel bowl. I would like to have another chance to eat there.
