Great food in a friendly setting

I ordered the Saba Gozen, a slightly strange sign that says Japanese, Chinese, and mackerel cuisine. The salt-grilled mackerel has a crispy skin, fatty meat, and is lightly seasoned to make the best use of the quality of the ingredients. Rare fried mackerel is also good. The fishballs are fluffy and delicious. And mackerel sushi! Excellent! There is almost no feeling of vinegar, and it is almost raw and has a thick texture. This is the one and only taste. The store clerk was also nice.

We had dinner on the meal plan at Choshi Plaza Hotel, where the restaurant is located. I thoroughly enjoyed the thick, soft and juicy mackerel. The thickness and size of salt-grilled mackerel cannot be purchased at the supermarket. This was my first time eating mackerel marinated in soy sauce, and I highly recommend it. It tastes good! The miso-stewed mackerel that I ordered additionally was also delicious, and I was very satisfied with everything. In addition to counter-style single seats, there are also tables and private rooms, so it seems like it can be used for a variety of purposes.
