Hitsumabushi was excellent! ️ The skin was crispy and didn't have the slimy feeling that eels have, so even I, who doesn't like eels, found it very easy to eat. Not only as a rice bowl, but also as a chazuke, there are various types of condiments, and I enjoyed being able to change the taste every time I served it in a bowl. I want to go again❗️

I ate hitsumabushi for 3,150 yen. We serve delicious eel at a reasonable price. I want to go again.

The Unatama-mabushi, which is only available on the 1st and 15th, is delicious. The thick dashi rolls are exquisite. Also, it comes with wasabi, so it's a great way to eat it on top of the eel. Even if you eat this wasabi as it is, it is delicious without coming to your nose.
