I ate delicious eel for the first time in a while! In my opinion, it is the best among the Inbenben and Toinen members, at least. Actually, I would like to include Kuwana and Yokkaichi, but I can't because there might be new shops opening there. The outside is perfectly grilled over charcoal and is crispy, while the inside is soft and fluffy thanks to the power of the charcoal's far infrared rays. If you think of the sauce as sweet or spicy, I think it's a little sweeter than the middle one. Kimoyaki was also grilled over charcoal, and the bitter silvery parts were carefully cleaned, so it wasn't bitter at all. The price was also good value. I think this would make it easier for customers to come with children.

It's been a long time since I had delicious eel. The eel bowl was outstanding because it was soaked in flavor without adding extra sauce.
