I came here for a meal after a memorial service. The dishes served are basic, but of a high standard. Appetizer → beef duck → sashimi → tempura → eel → soba → fruit. I drank too much beer so my memory is fuzzy so I'm sorry if I'm wrong. The beef is grilled at your own pace using a charcoal grill. Perhaps due to its freshness, the colorless and transparent oil drips onto the hot charcoal, making a sizzling sound and wafting high quality white smoke, allowing you to drink beer normally. Next is sashimi. In particular, the two slices of bluefin tuna are an item that shows the seriousness of this restaurant, which is something you don't often come across. It has sharp edges and looks good, and it feels like it melts in your mouth. It's a first-class product that isn't sold in supermarkets. The tempura shrimp is thick and fried crispy and is also delicious. I had it with salt. The last soba noodles were neatly arranged in a large bowl, showing the restaurant's taste. However, for soba lovers like me, the soup may be a bit salty. I wanted to taste the flavor. The steamed eel was also a little salty, but delicious. The staff's hospitality, the speed at which the food was served, and the taste were all 5's. It's a famous store
