Speaking of eel in Joso City, it is Uoyoshi, a long-established store. Of course, the sushi is also delicious. Very satisfied every time.

I had the eel bowl and nigiri sushi top. Nigiri is difficult to get fish during the Obon period, but the balance between shari and material was good and delicious. You don't have to worry about the eel bowl or the small bones.
