I have been transferred to various places, and I came back to my hometown for the first time in 20 years, so I visited for the first time in a while. While the eel on rice (top) was grilled, I had a cup of hot sake with grilled liver and fin rolls. 770 yen for 2 pieces of grilled liver and 330 yen for 2 pieces of fin rolls. ️ In particular, I've never seen fin rolls in famous restaurants in Tokyo, Yokohama, and Nagoya, so I put it in my mouth with skepticism, but I was impressed. As soon as you take a bite of the unagiju, it is plump and fragrant, and the umami spreads in your mouth. The sansho (Japanese pepper) is also different from the usual ones, and the aroma and flavor are amazing. Liver sucking liver is big❗ The broth also has a delicate taste. I visited at night, but the lighting is subdued to save power, so I might overlook it, but I think it's a very good shop.
