Hitachi, Ibaraki, Japan｜割烹 白鷺

I ate the omakase set and the sashimi set ❪above❫. Perhaps because I had made a reservation, I was shown to a private room. The atmosphere in the room was good and the drinks went well. I also wanted to try the evening dishes.

20231108 I received today's Makunouchi. It was delicious. The batter on the cutlet was nice and crispy. Dessert and drinks are included after the meal. I look forward to it again.

I used it for a guest's lunch. Since it has been reopened, I can see that it is a popular kappo restaurant with lots of orchids. The Master's Omakase Lunch is a dish that gives you a spring feel, and we are sure to use it again next time.
