I've visited several times, and Omino's roasting is really delicious! We have a roasting technique reminiscent of Horiguchi Coffee in Tokyo. I would like you to take care of yourself and stay open for a long time. When I first visited it many years ago, it was all about how to deeply roast the beans without burning them and bring out the flavor from the raw beans! I remember what you said every time I drink it.

Once you receive Omino's coffee beans, you won't be able to drink any other beans... I love coffee, and I've been drinking around to find delicious coffee, and I finally found the best flavor. Of course, each store has its own merits... The taste of Kobo Omino was revolutionary! ! ! From what the shop owner told me, I was able to understand what specialty coffee is all about. I've had it in the past, and personally, I was just like, ``Hmm,'' and I wasn't impressed. It's expensive though... That's what it feels like. I feel betrayed by everything. This is a shop I definitely recommend for coffee lovers 😊

It was my first time visiting. After listening to the story, I purchased some beans, and immediately returned to my house to hand-drip them. It was a very delicious coffee. The price was about twice as much as the beans I usually buy, so I can't go there often, but I would like to go again. I would like to try other drinks as well.
