Azumino, Nagano, Japan｜Nekonomori

I visited during the cold season. I thought it would be a cold cafe with a Japanese-style exterior that looks like a renovated old house, but I was able to relax with the heated floor. The cats were also cute.

Change into slippers at the entrance. The staff will kindly explain. You order drinks at the front desk and the price changes depending on the length of your stay, but it's very easy to understand. You can also choose as many toys as you like. Cats are fickle, so some will approach you, but others will run away. This can't be helped. Small children will be warned if they make noise, so parents should supervise their children.

I've been to 4 or 5 cat cafes so far, but this one was the best! The room was kept very clean and the cats seemed very relaxed without being afraid. The staff was also very polite and kind, guiding me how to play with the toys and making it easier to touch. I think I want to go again!
