The place serves Lunch before 14:00 then it becomes a CAFE from 14:00 to 17:30. From 17:30 it's Dinner time. The place has a modern, relaxing interior. There is a small tatami area at the edge that can fit 2-4 people. There were also al fresco seats but it was too windy when we went there so we decided to sit back in. The SOBA WAS SO GOOD!!!!! And I have tasted so-so soba in Nagano BUT THIS IS REALLY ONE OF THE BEST SOBA PLACE IN NAGANO!!!! And the batter of the tempura is just soooo perfect. The Kamo was so tender and perfectly cooked, A REALLY MUST TRY! If you don't try it, you have already wasted your time and life in this world. You should really try it! The 鴨南蛮 braised pork was not oily nor fatty. Again another must try. And their plates, OH MY THEIR PLATES are so beautiful. Totally recommend this place when you're in Nagano.

Natto mori 850 yen Summer cold soba noodles 950 yen I had soba noodles at En in Shinonoi, Nagano City. The restaurant has a cafe-like atmosphere rather than a soba restaurant, and is very clean. It's definitely a cafe, with a full menu of sweets. However, the soba is authentically handmade, and there is a soba making room inside the shop. The natto mori you received is a bowl containing crushed natto, grated yam, and shiso leaves, and you add soba soup to it and mix them together. Soba noodles are thin but chewy and have a rich aroma. You can enjoy it with natto and yam. The perilla leaves also look good. And the amount of soba is about the same size as other restaurants. I also sampled the summer chilled soba noodles, which are fried summer vegetables such as zucchini and eggplant with chopped Japanese ginger and perilla leaves. It also contains ice for a refreshing feeling. The soba soup was also delicious, and it was a very satisfying restaurant. I would love to come again.

In the evening, I visited with a friend for the first time, but it is a stylish soba restaurant with a very good atmosphere. Soba seems to have cold soba, warm soba and seasonal recommended menus. I had a refreshing soba with grated plum. You can drink a little cocktails and sake, but it feels different from an izakaya. It feels like a fancy cafe. I stayed longer because it was comfortable. The soba noodles were also delicious, so I would like to visit again.
