Chikuma, Nagano, Japan｜Cafe "Jitensha-ya"

Very cute café! Owner seemed really friendly and the café has a calm, relaxed atmosphere. Food is also very cheap and there’s WiFi available. Recommend!

This is a wonderful cafe I found in the Yashiro district of Chikuma City. I went to Taimai for lunch and had pasta with eggplant and tomato (tomato sauce), along with a salad and coffee. The pasta with a sour tomato sauce tasted like soup spaghetti🍝 and was delicious. Of course the coffee☕ was also good. Based on the reviews, I thought there would be a lot of cyclists, but on this day, all the customers were normal women👩. For me, the mood was similar to Kanda Surugadai's Kitchen Calorie (water with lightly squeezed lemon 🍋 and iron pot), and I was able to relax in a somewhat nostalgic atmosphere.
