Ueda, Nagano, Japan｜Cafe Sprout

Nice health food restaurant. There were lots of vegetarian options, not sure if they were vegan or not. I enjoyed the curry, and the coffee was very good. Would recommend to anyone wanting something healthy and local!

I was looking for a cafe where I could go with my pet and came here. The open terrace was pet friendly. It was summer, so the open terrace was a little hot, but it felt good when the wind blew. Today's cake was also delicious. This time it was lemon squash and caffe latte, but next time I would like to have sprouted coffee.

A very nice cafe and restaurant. The entrance was beautifully planted with flowers. There were a lot of apples 🍎. Master? It is also a refreshing gentlemanly response. Coffee was delicious. Cheese toast is also available. Cafes where you change into slippers are rare.
