Matsumoto, Nagano, Japan｜Ito Coffee

I stayed near Matsumoto Station and stopped by Ito Coffee in the morning while taking a walk. It's convenient that it's open early in the morning. The master and his wife were very nice, and even before I ate, I was glad I came here. Not only the pancakes🥞, but also the ham and eggs are delicious and elegantly prepared. Every corner of the shop is clean, and the fact that you can see Mt. Jonen from the window is a good impression. I had the best time in the morning, reading the newspaper and waiting for my carefully prepared food in a quiet restaurant. This is a store I would definitely like to visit again.

I've never been to a private coffee shop, but I've always been curious about it. Mr. Ito Coffee! If you go up to the second floor from the entrance, the store is spacious. The quiet classical tones and calm atmosphere will heal your fatigue. Breakfast and lunch are relatively reasonable and all handmade and delicious. The dessert pudding was also old-fashioned and nostalgic. I would recommend this place over chain stores. The customer service and response from the master and wife are wonderful and I would like to visit again.

The customer service was very calm, polite, and heartfelt. The building itself seemed a little old, but it was well maintained and gave a good impression. By the time we got there after 2pm on Sunday, the cake was sold out. It is said that it is easier to park in the parking lot facing the station street rather than next to the entrance of the store. I had the marron parfait, and it was a homemade cream made with whipped cream mixed with marron extract, and had a beautiful slightly yellow color. Next time I would like to visit during the morning hours.
