Komoro, Nagano, Japan｜Siphon Do

Amazing dessert! The staff are wearing kimono and the interior looks cozy and japanese like with lots of bonsai trees. The coffee taste are elaborated in a poetic ways on the menu, so I'm not sure what kind of beans they are using (I can't really ask since we were not sitting in the counter). But overall, great taste and good vibes!

Amazing coffee and bonsai shop. The coffee is made by siphon technique (you can guess that from the name!). Very calming and beautiful place. Just up the road from the excellent sausage and ham shop.

If bonsai trees and siphon brewed coffee are your thing, this is your place. A little expensive, but where else does your coffee get paired with a studied shrub assumed to be aesthetically synchronized? Better yet, for a fee, you can take a little friend home with you. Didn’t try the tiramisu moss ball, but I just might next time. Fun place, and the coffee is good.
