A nice relaxing place to have a tea 🍵 without tea ceremony. The green tea here thick and thin is whisk till finely. No powdery taste. Very smooth and soothing. Great place to hide away from the sun. The air con is good. The omogashi is very nice too. Forgive for their slow service as its run by old couple. Pricing is very friendly.

I didn't know there was such a wonderful shop near Ueda Castle Park. I was feeling a little gloomy after sightseeing in Ueda in the rain, but as I finished walking around the Ueda Castle ruins, I was drawn to the → of the ``tea room.'' I was hesitant, but decided to try it because I like the combination of castle and matcha. Beautiful fresh flowers and a pleasant scent of incense come from just in front of the sliding door at the entrance. At this point, I'm convinced it's the right answer. Soba tea is the most delicious thing in your life, and the following is a strong tea that won't fool you. The pickled plums we received at the end were a nice addition. In the light rain, we also visited the tea room and garden called Koutei, and had a wonderful time sightseeing in Ueda. The koji gelato that my partner received was also mildly sweet and delicious.
