Karuizawa, Nagano, Japan｜Stove Cafe Oxalis

A wonderfully homely cafe specialising in waffles and potato rosti. Ordered both along with the omlette breakfast and everything was delicious, even the side salad. The service was warm and inviting like the atmosphere. We had a baby and the staff (who are probably the owners) were very welcoming.

All food (incl. French toast, hash browns, waffle) are excellent. There is a stove for boiling coffee 😍 that is so chill! Strongly recommended

Went in the morning and was pleasantly surprised. French toast was great and free hot coffee refills was a nice plus! The staff were also very welcoming and sweet.
