Nagano, Japan｜Coffee Tetsugaku Yoshida

This place is to die for. The personnel are super nice, the food is outstanding, the prices are fair and the restaurant is a really nice place to be in. I always come to this place multiple times whenever I'm in Nagano. I can highly recommend their basil pizza and their tomato pasta. It's like cotton for your stomach. Also, the pancakes (see images) is out of this world to. Easily 5/5, I can not recommend this place enough.

A comfortable atmosphere. It seems easy to use in any situation. It was around noon on a holiday, but there were several people waiting. It takes about 10-20 minutes to get to your seat. During busy times, it may take some time for the food to be served, so it might be best to go when you have plenty of time. There is a lunch set, and you can order salad, pizza, pasta, and drinks. There is a pizza oven in the store, and they make authentic pizza. It was a margherita, but the mozzarella cheese was very delicious. It was a small size because it was a set, but I think I could eat a normal size. The pasta is Japanese-style soy sauce flavored pasta. It was also quite delicious. The lighting in the store is dim, creating a very nice atmosphere. I would like to come at night too.
