This time I had mozzarella and basil pasta gratin. I was surprised that it came out in a frying pan! It's a pity that I couldn't eat the parfait because it was so voluminous. The greedy fruit parfait I ate last time was also delicious. The staff are also very kind, The flowers in front of the entrance are also beautiful. There are many menu items that I would like to try, so I will visit again ♡

The atmosphere is like visiting a Western-style mansion in a peaceful landscape, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The air seems to flow without a soul, and the flow of time seems to be slow. Does the pasta have a firmer texture than al dente? However, the Genovese sauce and scallops would have been more delicious if they had a clear statement. The reason why Margherita's dough is chewy yet crispy and fragrant is probably due to the power of the stone oven. The appetizer salad also has fresh and crunchy daikon radish. I was able to spend my time there comfortably, as I could see that the staff at the store were attentive to me without being too over-the-top. Next time, I would like to spend a relaxing time mainly with coffee.

I enjoyed the coffee very much. It was the first time I drank a type of coffee called Katsuai, but it was really delicious. I also had a pizza, but it was a size that filled me up and the taste was delicious, so I was able to spend a fun lunch time. I want to try takeout next time.
