Yamanochi, Nagano, Japan｜Tea Salon MIYAKO

Wonderful cafe just outside the Yudanaka station. We stopped by and ordered tea, coffee, cake, and even curry—all of which was home cooked by the sweet owner. We loved it so much we stopped by one last time before leaving town. This is a great place to stop by for breakfast, lunch, or small bite to eat. If you’re a large group since it is run by one individual it might a while for food to be prepared. Highly recommend and loved it!

- classical atmosphere with natural light - wide variety of foods and drinks - great quality of fruit juice (and the price is cheap) - cute fruit parfait - friendly staffs; they would keep your luggage after check-out if you stay in Kokuya Ryokan at Shibu Onsen, which is convenient because this cafe is situated right in front of the station.

Great coffee, delicious cheese toast and very warm atmosphere 🙌🏼👍🏼
