When using Usui Department Store, use this or afternoon tea on the second floor. Tomato curry is recommended.When I used it during my lunch break at work, I didn't have enough time to take it easy, but it was acceptable. I will also visit the shop in Namiki.

The cake set is 1000 yen, the tableware is nice, and there's plenty of coffee so you can relax.
