I purchased the Brazilian Bourbon Sweet after the shop owner recommended it as a good match for my espresso machine. Although it has a strong bitterness, it has a mellow and deep flavor without any sharp edges. It was very delicious.

Well, I like everything. Up until now, I had been ordering beans from major beverage manufacturers by mail order, but when I moved to Iwaki a few years ago, I found them online and stopped by, and that's how I got hooked. It suits my taste. Now that I've moved from Iwaki, I can't quit. I basically order through mail order, but when I can, I go and meet the owner and make purchases. I sometimes drink other roasted coffees, but they don't suit my tastes. I would like to thank you for your continued support. Please whip the old body and roast it! This is a matter of personal preference.
