This is a shop I frequent on the road in front of me and would have liked to have visited if I had the chance. I was finally able to go (lol) I ordered Ezo deer hamburger (240g), cheese soufflé, and original coffee. Venison has no odor and is not too tough, so it is very easy to eat. You can choose from two types of sauce, so you can change it depending on your mood (lol) This time I ate it with demi-glace sauce, and the venison and demi-glace went perfectly together! I also eat rice with mixed grains and hamburgers, but I feel healthy (lol) The cheese soufflé is medium moist and you can enjoy the flavor of cheese. It wasn't too sweet, and even though there was a little bit of fresh cream, it was really delicious! I guess the chocolate design on the plate is drawn after the order is placed... Good at drawing! (lol) I thought that I could draw with chocolate (lol) Is your coffee cup also jade? It was stylish! (lol) Also, one of the stores I want to visit! !
