More Comments at Google MapI'm ZIN, a former Tabelog reviewer. This is my favorite shop, which I met at Haru's old cafe and have been frequenting ever since. The appeal is the high quality and cost performance. Plus, it's a cozy, renovated old brick building. The taste of coffee is also perfect. You cannot use credit cards, but you can use PayPay.
I had soft serve ice cream pancakes (chocolate) at an old folk house cafe. I had hot coffee with a drink. We use Hokkaido milk and buttermilk, and the wheat is Haruyutaka. Modern moist and melty pancakes. You can choose the sauce for the pancakes. The soft serve ice cream is homemade and not too sweet. It was moist and easy to eat. I think this store has good cost performance. I would definitely like to stop by again when I go to Ebetsu. Thank you for the meal.
This is a restaurant that I definitely wanted to visit when I came to Hokkaido. Hokkaido is a hotspot for pancakes, but I was told that these were by far the most delicious, so I took them there. First of all, the appearance of the store has a very nice retro feel. I would say that the outside is made of red brick and the inside has the atmosphere of a nostalgic used bookstore. The light shines into the dark interior, creating a calming atmosphere that makes you want to stay here forever. The pancakes looked cute and were very delicious. The coffee is also delicious. That pancake in Tokyo and that pancake both lost to this. Why is the dough so delicious? It's probably completely different considering the wheat. Even though it was huge, I ate it all in one go. If I didn't have a plan, I would have ordered a second helping. The owner was also a very kind and nice person. This is one of the restaurants I would definitely like to visit again when I come to Hokkaido. Thank you for the meal.
