I visited after watching a paper-cutting event. The iced coffee is bitter and the amount is plentiful and delicious. The shrimp and avocado panini was also delicious with large shrimp and a firm taste.

Built in 1927, the former government building of the Hokkaido Forest Tree Breeding Center is a registered tangible cultural property designated by the Agency for Cultural Affairs. It's a building that can't be strangely remodeled, but it's wonderful that the head office has been relocated to this location.
