I searched for a restaurant where you can eat Kyushu cuisine in Machida and it came up so I decided to come here. Kyushu Hakata is synonymous with offal hot pot, but the one I ordered was a standard one with a soy sauce base, lots of vegetables, and a chive stuck in the center. I was told that it's a good idea to stir the chives if they fall over as they cook. Unlike other stores in Machida, they only serve one person, which is great for those who want to enjoy other items. As for the taste, the flavor of the offal permeates into the soup, so I think Champon noodles are a good way to end the dish. I also had the horse sashimi, and it was thick and had a good texture, so if you chew it, you can enjoy the taste of horse sashimi. There are many types of alcohol, but there are menus recommended by the restaurant, so I think it's a good idea to look at the rankings and order. By the way, the Lemon Sour Kiwami, which came in first place, uses frozen lemons instead of ice, so it has a very sour taste and is highly recommended.
