Chanko is one of the foods that tastes completely different depending on the store, but this chanko was so delicious that I wanted to drink the soup. I had a salty taste, but I was worried that it would be too salty until I ate it because there was butter in it, but it was fine. Recommended. The udon noodles hidden in the bottom of the pot are also boiled, and the flavor permeates well and locks in the delicious flavor. Deep-fried is also doing a good job exquisitely. We had 2 servings for 3 people, but it is quite a volume. Chanko is good, but sashimi and salad are pretty good.
