This store is full of entertainment. They talk about their wealth every time a dish comes out, they have an abundant wine stock (apparently over 1,000 bottles!), and they also have desserts. A perfect gibier specialty store where you can enjoy more than the price. Being an adult is fun. It depends on how you drink it, but it's probably best to stay away from #10,000.

This shop is run by Mr. Anzai, who is a hunter in Hamamatsu. Boar nabe, etc. has a light soup stock and a refreshing taste, so I think it's OK not only in winter but also in summer. I thought that boar meat usually has a beastly smell, so I thought it would be eaten with a strong dashi stock, but it is very easy to eat with no smell even with a refreshing dashi soup. Anzai, the manager, is also a very interesting person, so next time I would like to look forward to not only gibier dishes but also this one.
