We were staying at a guesthouse down the road and stumbled upon this restaurant on Google. I'd heard about chankonabe before and was really keen to try the Sumo dish and I can happily say it was a fantastic experience. Not only was the meal fantastic, but the service was outstanding as well. For the volume and quality of the food, the price was reasonable and it is definitely good value. If you're in the area, I strongly recommend checking it out. We will most definitely be back when we return to Tokyo.

I asked at lunch! Chanko set meal is very satisfying both in taste and volume! There was also a mug of non-alcoholic beer (^ ^ ♪ Next time I would like to visit at night (^^)/

I had the Chanko Nabe set meal (tuna with green onion soy sauce base) for lunch! It's been a while since I last had Chanko Nabe, but I couldn't fault the taste, the atmosphere of the chef, the price, the menu structure, and the atmosphere of the restaurant. If I come to the area again, I would definitely like to stop by ^_^
