This is a popular store that is always crowded. We recommend making a reservation if you can afford it. I go there whenever I want to eat, whether it's winter or summer. It's so delicious that I can't help but want to eat it. Especially in winter, it has Chinese herbal effects and you can feel the warmth. I like my soup to be a little spicy, so I use a 1:2 spicy ratio. Once I got used to the spiciness, I started liking 1:1. If you don't like spicy food, you can enjoy it just with plain hot water. It's great that you can adjust the taste yourself! It's located in the Takashimaya South Building, so you don't have to worry about parking, but 3 hours will pass quickly if you're shopping for ingredients in the basement. I always choose the ¥2800 course. It's still quite filling, but I ended up adding more meat and these juicy meatballs. There are a lot of mushrooms, so sometimes I choose petal mushrooms. The mushrooms attached to the course are Tamogidake. It's yellow in color, but once it turns white after being boiled in a pot, it's ready to eat. Between the pork belly that comes with the course and the additional items, maybe it's just my imagination that the added items seem to have less fat...(^_^;) Previously, I could choose between jade noodles or rice, but the other day I only had jade noodles. It didn't have the usual plump bun, it was a substitute. The staff told me that they didn't receive anything. The first time I visited, the staff made it for me. I was told not to remove the scum from the pot because it is a component of Chinese medicine. The garlic is so fluffy and delicious~ Sweet potatoes are sweet, so the spiciness subsides. For dessert, I feel better when I get ogyochi rather than almond tofu ☆ There are days when you can see Mt. Fuji in the distance from your window.

Lunch course A. This always fills me up! It was my first time at the Futakotamagawa store, and it had a nice view and a bright atmosphere. I think reservations are necessary even on weekdays.
