More Comments at Google MapWe’ve just came here the day before yesterday. This is a good hot pot restaurant and I like it much. There’s the chains hot pot restaurant in Japan, so I’m satisfied. One thing have to remind you that if you called for order, don’t come late because they have a food course 2 hours and you can eat almost the foods in menu depend on your choices.
Our first Shabu-Shabu restaurant! For non-Japanese speakers, this place can be a bit intimidating. We speak very little Japanese, but luckily the English menu has phonetic pronunciations of all the dishes, so you can use those with any server and they'll understand you. :) From what I can understand, each On-Yasai has a different setup. This one has a buzzer at each table, so you can summon your server to refill your meats and veggies. (The On-Yasai we visited in Osaka did not have a button, and I've seen videos on YouTube of locations with iPad ordering... YMMV) As for the food, it's all delicious! I highly suggest the TKG -- tamago kake gohan -- a raw egg on top of a bowl of rice. There's something magical about Japanese eggs, and this bowl, mixed with a selection of freshly-cooked meats, is one of the best things I ate during our stay in Japan.
I went there because I wanted to see polar bears. Did you just come in? He was a store clerk, but I was impressed by his hard work. I think they have a wide variety of side menus, and I would like to visit them again if I have a chance.
