If you add chicken after eating the giblets, it becomes mizutaki-style and is delicious two or three times at a time. Adding the recommended flavor of chives gives it a spicy taste, making the final champon noodles taste even better than at a specialty restaurant. Many of the brands of alcohol and shochu were new to me, but I was very happy to discover new flavors. It is located in an easy-to-understand location right at the entrance of Akabane Chuo Shopping Street in the middle of Akabane Ichibangai. After warming up with piping hot motsu nabe and shochu rocks, we cheered on the World Cup match between Japan and Spain, and Japan won. It was full of good things.
