It was on the 11th floor of a building that can be accessed from the main street in Ginza. It was very delicious. The menu was extensive and had multiple courses. The atmosphere was good, and the employees prepared the food with care. It was great to be able to eat so many different types of mushrooms at once. The soup had a rich flavor due to the mushrooms being thoroughly simmered, and it was very delicious. The mushrooms tasted like chicken, which was impressive. This is the original mushroom hotpot restaurant. The main store is in Roppongi, but this time I visited Ginza. Reserve by course. The appetizers are neatly arranged on nine plates. The shark fin appearance is a beautiful visual. It's filling and satisfying. All mushroom hotpots are served by the staff. There are also types of mushrooms that I have never seen before in Japan, and each one seems to have different effects. Looks good for health. The seasoning is mild and you can tell when you taste it that there is no cheating at all. It has a taste that is suitable for elderly people.

When it comes to mushroom dishes, this is it! I used it for a dinner party, but then I also used it for private purposes. I ate mushroom dishes that I don't normally eat and felt great the next day♪ I was very satisfied with the texture, which tasted like meat rather than mushrooms!
