``Negima'' is a place where you can enjoy rare Edo cuisine, with the atmosphere of a hidden small restaurant. Appetizers include luscious sardines, Edomae egg rolls, boiled oysters and lotus root, horse mackerel stock, assorted smoked meat, grilled mackerel, Negima nabe, and the umami of tuna kamatoro. When you eat the sweet green onion with crushed black pepper one by one, it's delicious❗️ Freshly cooked rice and Sanwa pickled daikon radish are prepared in a clay pot. When you put it on, it's a super delicious dashi-chazuke state *\(^o^)/* Yamerarenaito Maranai is delicious ❣️

This is a restaurant that serves Negima Nabe about 5 minutes from Otsuka Station. I made a reservation for the course. A fine tuna fillet is dipped in a pot of bonito stock, and the proprietress brings it out just right and it's piping hot. When eaten with pepper, the tuna becomes soft and flaky. The rich flavor is very delicious. The green onions and wakame were good partners, and I devoured them in no time. The final dish is freshly cooked rice with dashi soup. The flavor of the tuna and vegetables soaks in and it is also delicious. Japanese sake goes really well. The alcohol lineup also includes items that go well with the food. Haruka and Shinano Nishiki are served cold, while Yuki no Kayasha is served hot. The snacks leading up to the hot pot were also good. The seasonal firefly squid, freshly grilled salted mackerel, and smoked dishes were also delicious. Although it is an underground shop, the entrance was opened with a screen door, and the counter was partitioned with an acrylic board. It was nice to be able to eat in a calm space with the feeling that the customers are also aware. I would like to visit you again. Like living in Otsuka.

Negima hot pot in a calm atmosphere. The food is very delicious, including the negima pot. Kikusui's lukewarm sake is also the best. There is plenty of rice in a clay pot, so you have to go hungry.
