I came here because I wanted to eat soft-shelled turtles. I asked for a course with soft-shelled turtle and fugu sashimi. Fugu sashimi is beautifully arranged and the pattern on the plate is transparent, and it looks beautiful, showing the good work of Mr. Ita. It was absolutely delicious. The ponzu sauce was also homemade, and it was so delicious that I wanted to drink the refreshing scent of citrus. The most delicious ponzu sauce I've ever eaten. I had soft-shelled turtle for the first time, but it was very delicious without any smell. Liver is rich like liver sashimi! I was surprised to see that the blood was so bright red, but it was a rare apple juice split, and it was more refreshing and delicious than it looked. The soft-shelled turtle hot pot is too simple with only soft-shelled turtles, green onions and burdock roots. I thought, but when I took a bite, I was impressed by the deliciousness, and I was glad that I came to this restaurant. At the end of the meal, rice porridge with the broth in which the collagen has dissolved. It must be delicious! I was moved to tears by the deliciousness as I thought. My husband was so impressed that he gave me another rice porridge. Dessert was also an unusual sake lees pudding. It was also delicious, sweet and delicious. I was very satisfied! The pickles that the wife said to have been put out when I was able to make rice porridge were a strike of chopped vegetables with shiso leaves. I want to eat again. The bran pickles were a little salty, but they were delicious. It was polite from the time of reservation, I think it is a wonderful shop. It is a restaurant that I definitely want to visit again.

An old-fashioned puffer fish shop. The store is old, but it has a Showa era feel to it, and the deceased Mr. Chiyonofuji seems to have visited there, so you can really feel the history. The proprietress and part-san are very friendly and fun. The food is also delicious. It would be even better if the chefs were a little more amiable.

I knew for the first time that fugu was like this. It's really delicious. It's the first time I've eaten fugu in Japan, so there's nothing to compare it to, but it was really delicious.
